The GuardsPro client web portal enables clients to stay informed by easily monitoring the latest activities of guards assigned to their post sites in real time. This will ensure guards are active during their shifts and quickly identify missed shifts, incomplete tours, or report delays. You can access detailed records such as check-ins/check-outs, clock-ins/clock-outs, break times, submitted reports, completed site tours, and more.
Follow these steps to view guard activity:
Log in to the Client Web Portal. From the main menu, navigate to the Activity section. The screen will display recent activities performed by guards at your post sites, including: Check-ins and Check-outs, Clock-ins and Clock-outs, Completed Site Tours, Submitted Reports, and other key actions. Use the filters at the top of the page to narrow down the data by post site, guard, date range, or other relevant criteria.
This feature helps you stay up to date and ensures complete transparency in your guard operations—all in real time, and that's it.
