The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) feature in GuardsPro enables administrators to efficiently track, analyze, and measure performance metrics for individual guards. This feature allows admins to set daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs for key operational activities of a guard, such as:
- Standard Reports
- Incident Reports
- Checklists
- Tasks
- Site Tours
By defining these metrics, administrators can ensure that security teams meet key performance objectives within the specified timeframe.
To set up a KPI, follow these steps :
Click on the Security Team tab in the main menu and select Security Guards from the dropdown. Next, Choose the guard for whom you want to add a KPI.
Fill in the required details for the KPI. Set the frequency (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly). Next, simply specify the target number of reports that need to be achieved by the guards based on the selected frequency. Each report includes an on/off toggle—enable or disable it according to your requirements. Once all details are set, click "Add" to save the KPI.
Email KPI Report : Users can enable or disable automated email reports using the on/off toggle button. You can add multiple email addresses to receive the KPI reports, so that your client or other back office team members stay informed and that's it.
With these features, GuardsPro provides a comprehensive KPI tracking system, ensuring better visibility and performance monitoring of guards.
