With GuardsPro’s Parking Manager, a guard can efficiently manage parking areas and lots, ensuring a seamless parking experience for your clients.
A contact can be either a vehicle owner or a driver responsible for a specific vehicle. Each vehicle is assigned to a contact for easy management.
To get started, Log into the GuardsPro app and select the Post Site option on the home screen.
Choose the assigned post site and tap Check-In. Once checked in, navigate to Parking Manager.
In Parking Manager, go to the Contacts tab.
A list of existing contacts will be displayed. To add a new contact, tap Add Vehicle at the bottom of the screen.
Enter the required details and upload an image if needed. Tap Submit to save the contact details.
Editing an Existing Contact on the Mobile App.
Select the contact want to update. Tap the three-dot menu and choose Edit Contact. Make the necessary changes and save the updated details.
