GuardsPro provides real-time GPS tracking to help you monitor the location of your guards while they are on duty. Using the Back-Office Dashboard, you can track guard movements, ensure site coverage, and improve operational efficiency.
To access the live tracking, ensure that each guard has clocked in their assigned post site on time and their GPS tracking is enabled from the back office dashboard, either in the individual guard’s settings or through the global settings.

To view live GPS tracking in GuardsPro, log in to your GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard. Once logged in, click on Live Tracking from the main menu to monitor guard locations in real time.
The map will show the real-time locations of all guards who are currently on duty.
Use the filter options to search for guards by name, post site, or shift status.
Click on a guard’s icon on the map to view detailed information, including their current location, last update time, assigned post site, and shift details.
Save Filter Option : Streamline Your Workflow
Additionally, you can streamline your workflow even further by saving your frequently used filter settings. While working with GPS tracking, simply click the "Save Filter" option after applying your preferred criteria. The system will save these filters, so you won't have to set them again in the future.
Your saved filters will appear in a Saved Filter dropdown, making it easy to apply them the next time you visit the page. No repetitive setup is required.
To Save the filter, Apply your desired filters and click the "Save Filter" option.
Next, A pop-up will appear prompting you to enter a filter name and an optional description. Click "Add" to save the filter.
Next click on the "Saved Filter" option located next to the filter section to view data based on the predefined criteria.
To edit or delete a saved filter, click on the three dot menu next to the filter name on the same screen.
Note: Please note that the date and time range will not be saved as part of the filter. You will need to manually select the date and time each time you use a saved filter to generate the desired report.
