The KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report in GuardsPro allows administrators to monitor and analyze post-site performance based on predefined metrics. It provides a detailed KPI (Key Performance Indicator) report to track security team activities on the post sites. The KPI reports give insights into standard reports, incident reports, site tour reports, task reports, and checklist reports.
To view the KPI reports, navigate to the Reports tab in the main menu and select "KPI Report"
Next, use the Report Filter to refine the data. Select the relevant post site from the list and choose the report type: Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. Click Filter to generate the report.
Each KPI report provides detailed insights, including Target vs. actual Reports submitted, and displays whether the set targets have been met or not.
Also, you have the option to email this report directly to the client or members of your security team or export this file.
- To email the report, click on the three dots right next to filters and click on Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit send.
- Or, if you wish to export this report, click on three dots next to Filters and select Export as PDF or Export as excel or from the drop down and the report will be automatically saved to your system.
