Security guards often need to document incidents, daily activities, and other events while on duty. The GuardsPro mobile app addresses these challenges by enabling guards to submit reports instantly and efficiently from their smartphones.
✅Here's a step by step instruction on how to submit the reports via the Mobile App:
After logging in, go to the Post Sites tab on the bottom bar menu and check in to your assigned post site.
Tap the Reports icon to see previously submitted reports or drafts.
Next, click on the Add Report option to view all available report type.
From the list, select the type of report you need to submit.
Enter the required information. Fill in the fields as defined by your security manager.
Use the Plus icon at the bottom right of the form to add images, videos, or voice notes.
Once complete, tap Submit to share the report.
Note : If you're not ready to publish the report, Simply exit the screen—when prompted, click Save to keep the report as a draft, you can edit and publish it later when you're ready.
Editing or Deleting a Submitted Report
To edit or delete a submitted report, the guard must first select the respective report. Then, by clicking the three dots in the top-right corner, guard will see options to Edit or Delete the report.
