The security guards can use the hourly reports to keep the security manager updated about the status of the client post site. The guards can submit hourly reports right from their smartphones using the GuardsPro Mobile App.
You can view the hourly reports submitted by the guards on the GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard in a few simple steps:
Click on the Reports tab from the main menu and under Standard Reports select Hourly Report.
Filter the reports from the Report Filter to check them for a particular type of report, client, post site, guard, report status for a defined time period, and/or level of severity.
Click on the specific entry to view the details - notes, signature, media files, and guard notes.
Once necessary changes are made, just click on the Pending button under the Status column to approve the report.
You can also approve all reports at once by selecting all reports and clicking the Action button. From there, you can approve, disapprove, or delete all selected reports together.
If you prefer to review reports before sharing, they must be approved manually. You can also add comments and attachments. Simply click on the three dots next to the report to edit or delete it, view logs, generate a shareable link, approve the report, or export it as a PDF or Excel file.
You can then email this report directly to the client or members of your security team, or export this file.
- To email the report, click on the three dots right next to filters and click on Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit Send.
- Or, if you wish to export this report, click on three dots next to Filters and select Export as PDF or Export as Excel or from the drop down and the report will be automatically saved to your system.
Note: When you select more than 20 reports to download, the system will process this request by sending an email with the link to download the files.
