Manual compilation and distribution of reports can be time-consuming and prone to errors. That's where Auto Email Reports come in. GuardsPro offers a convenient and efficient way to set up an automated email system that delivers comprehensive reports to the right recipients at the right time. First, click on Clients on the main menu and then select Post Sites. You see a list of post sites added to the system. Next, click on the post site you would automate email reports for.
Now, click on Email Reports. Here you will be able to see all the email recipients added with the frequency set to automatically send the reports. To add a new email, click on Add New Email.
Add a new email recipient, and set the frequency to immediately, once a day, or weekly. Select the reports you want to send and click save setting and that’s it.
To edit or delete the email id added, go back to the previous screen and click on the three dots to edit or delete.
