This article will cover the notification settings in GuardsPro, which are designed to keep administrators informed about crucial updates. We will delve into the specifics of these settings to ensure that all stakeholders receive timely and relevant notifications.
Click on your Company name at the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
Now navigate to the Notifications tab. You have the option to receive notifications on the dashboard, via email, or SMS. Just select all the events you’d like the notifications for under your preferred medium and hit Save Changes.
You can turn the notification on and off by following the same steps.
To enable SMS notification, make sure a contact number is added to the system. To add a contact number, go to the User Profile tab, click Edit and add your contact number.
You should receive a verification code on the mentioned number, enter it here and click verify.
Apart from these settings, you also receive the notifications on the Back-Office Dashboard when the guards enter or exit a geofence. You can turn on or off these settings from the Global Post Site Settings.
