With secure and controlled user access, you can invite your security team members to the GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard and delegate them different roles. As an additional layer of security you can enable two factor authentication on your account.
To enable, click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
Next, navigate to the Security section. Click on 2FA Method from the dropdown menu. On the next screen, select your preferred Two-Factor Authentication method:
- SMS/Text Option – Receive a authentication codes by SMS on your mobile phone when signing into GuardsPro.
- Authenticator App – Use an authentication app or browser extension to generate one-time codes or Use an authenticator app or browser extension to scan.
Enter the required details for the selected method. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup. Verify the authentication method to secure your account.
