How to change global post site settings?

Global post site settings allow you to change all post site settings in one place.

Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.

Under the Global Post Site Settings tab you have all the settings. Changes you make here will be reflected on all post-sites

1. Enforce clock-in before check-in: It enforces the security guards to first clock-in to their shift and then allow them to check-in on the post site.
2. Notify when guard enters or exits the geofence: Whenever the guard enters or exits the geofenced area, the admin will be instantly notified.

3. Enable Check-In inside geofence: Allows the guards to only check-in when they are inside the geofence.

4. Enable Check-out inside geofence: Forces the guards to check-out while they are inside the geofence.

5. Enforce post order acknowledgement: It enforces the guards to acknowledge post orders.

6. Enable auto check-out guard after 24hrs: The system automatically logs out the guards after 24 hours if they fail to manually check themselves out.

7. Reminder guard to submit atleast one passdown before checkout: This will prompt the guard with a reminder to submit at least one pass-down before they check out from the post site.

8. Enforce guard to submit atleast one pass-down log before checking out of the post site: It will force guard to submit pass-down log before checking out of the post site during their shift.

9. Enforce pass-down acknowledgement for past : It will enforce guards to acknowledge any pass-downs for their assigned post site within the specified timeframe.
