How to create site tour tags on the dashboard?

GuardsPro allows you to define multiple tours for a particular post site and place tags at each checkpoint to make sure that the guards complete the site tour as per the schedule. The assigned guards can use GuardsPro mobile app to scan the tags placed throughout the post site to check in/out, confirm task completion, and more.

GuardsPro supports QR and NFC tags as well as Virtual Tags.

To create tags simply follow these steps: 

Click on the Clients tab from the main menu and select Post Sites from the drop-down. Next, select the post site where you want to site tour tags.

On the Site Tour Tags tab, you see a list of all the Tour tags added- QR, NFC, and Virtual Tags. To add a new tag, first select the type of tag you want to create and then click on the New Tag button.

A new tag side panel will appear where you can enter the necessary details.

For QR tags, simply complete all the required fields, and the system will automatically generate a Tag ID for you.



For NFC tags, you will need to manually enter the Tag ID (a minimum of 6 characters) using a third-party NFC Tool app.

The Virtual Tags will have its location coordinates and radius, and the tag is scanned if its radius is as per user’s current location. For this the user’s location should be on.

To specify the latitude and longitude of the site where the tag will be placed, just click on the Map Location, then anywhere on the map, and the location is automatically set. Now simply click on Submit to save the tag. And that's it.

For QR tags, you can now go ahead and download or directly print them. To further edit or remove the tags, you can select the appropriate option by clicking on the three dots for the appropriate tag.
