In GuardsPro you can create client profiles and invite your clients to access the Client Web Portal using the client’s email address. You can easily change the client’s primary email address in a few quick steps.
Click on the Clients on the main menu and select Clients. From the list of clients added, click on the entry you want to change the email address for.
Under the Profile tab, you can edit the Email and click Update.
The client can continue to access the Client Web Portal using the previous email address, however any further communication will be on the updated email address.
