How to define site tour on the dashboard?

GuardsPro guard tour system through site tours allows to define the checkpoints on  the client post sites that the guard needs to cross in order to complete the scheduled patrol. 

Within GuardsPro, it is easy to define site tours in a few quick steps:

From the main menu click on Clients and select Post Sites. On the very next screen, select the post site for which you want to define a site tour.


On the Site Tours tab click on New Tour.



On the form add all the details asked for, and assign the site tour to one or more guards. Make sure you've added tags to the system before creating site tours.

There is a continuous scheduling option available, allowing you to automate tours with either the 'Specific Time' or 'Repeat' feature.

• Specific Time: Select this option to set a precise start time for each tour.
• Repeat: Choose this option if you'd like to schedule recurring tours. You can specify the interval by selecting the number of hours between each repetition for the defined tour

Once done, click on Submit to create a new site tour.



These site tours will now be relayed to the assigned guards which they can scan using the GuardsPro Mobile app to check-in/out, complete tasks and more. It’s that simple.
