GuardsPro gives you the option to add custom incident types to the system. This enables the guards and the admin to add incident reports under different incident types.
Adding Incident Type
Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
Now under the Incident Types tab, click on New Incident Type.
On the pop-up screen simply enter the incident name and click submit. The incident type is successfully added to the incident list and will be visible to the guard on site while submitting an incident report.
Editing Incident Type
To edit an incident type click on the three dots and select edit from the drop-down. Now simply edit the incident name as required and hit Save.
Deleting the incident type removes it from the list of incidents the guards can upload a report for from the GuardsPro Mobile App.
You can also activate or deactivate an incident type temporarily.
