With GuardsPro, you can invite your back-office team members to the dashboard and delegate them different roles. GuardsPro allows the admin to customize the users’ data accessibility. By setting the permissions, you can choose what data is accessible to which user.
To add a back office team member, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Back Office Team. Now click on New User.
On the next screen, add in the name and email ID of the user invited. You can also define the access level for the user and the clients he or she can handle.
The user will receive an invite link on the mentioned email ID through which he or she can register on the dashboard.
