How to turn on immediate reports on dashboard?

GuardsPro’s immediate reports feature allows the reports to be sent to the clients without the admin approval as and when these are submitted by the guards.

You can activate the immediate reports feature by following the given steps or otherwise the reports have to be manually approved before they are sent to the clients.

The immediate report setting has to be enabled for every post site individually making it possible for you to customize the report sharing process according to the individual post sites and the client needs.

To enable the immediate reports feature, the very first step is to click on Clients on the main menu and select Post Sites from the drop-down menu. Next, click on the post site name.

On the next screen, click on the Email Reports tab and click on Add New Email. 

Now, add the email id and select the frequency to Immediately to send the reports immediately to the client. You can also set it Once In A Day or Weekly and define the time period for which the submitted reports would be forwarded to the clients or any relevant party.

Next, select the reports you want to be included in the DARs.
Once this is done, simply click Save. 

Note: To provide users with greater control over their notifications, we've included an "Unsubscribe" link in the automated email notifications for DAR (Daily Activity Report).
