Incident reports give you an insight into the happenings on the site. Guards can use their GuardsPro Mobile App to submit incident reports which can be viewed quickly on the Back-Office Dashboard.
To view the incident report, you click on the Reports tab from the main menu and click on the Incident Report you want to view or right next to the Incident Report click View All.
You can filter the reports from the Report Filter to check them for a particular type of incident report, client, post site or a guard for a defined time period, as well as based on report and incident status. Select the required criteria to see a list of incident reports.
To view the details, click on the specific entry. Here you can view all the details of the reports, add comments and attachments before you approve the reports. You can further edit it and while doing so you can select multiple incidents. Once necessary changes are made, click on the Pending button under the Status column to approve the report.
Also, you have the option to email this report directly to the client or members of your security team, or export this file.
- To email the report, click on the three dot menu and select on Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit Send.
- If you wish to export this report, click on the Export tab, choose the type of format you need for your file in, PDF or Excel and it will be automatically saved to your system.
Note: When you select more than 20 reports to download, the system will process this request by sending an email with the link to download the files.
