GuardsPro’s shift delay notification makes sure that anytime there is a delay in shift clock-in/out the admin as well as the assigned guards are notified on the GuardsPro Mobile App and the Back-Office Dashboard.
You can set up the shift delay notification for all the guards at once or for individual guards.
Setting up shift delay notification for all guards
Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
On the Global Guard Settings, under the Scheduler tab, select Send shift delay notification option and define the time after which the guards and admin will receive a notification on the GuardsPro Mobile App and Back-Office Dashboard for the shift delay and Save.
Setting up shift delay notification for individual guards
To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.
On the Settings tab, under the Scheduler tab, select Send shift delay notification option and define the time after which the guards and admin will receive a notification on the GuardsPro Mobile App and Back-Office Dashboard for the shift delay and Save.
