GuardsPro mobile app gives guards the flexibility to define their availability to be scheduled to the schedulers. This makes sure the guards are available for the assigned shifts and patrols are executed.
Depending on the preference, the admin can allow the guards to set availability from the mobile app.
In this article we’ll learn how to allow the guards to set availability.
You can enforce the setting for all guards at once or for individual guards.
Allowing all guards to set availability
Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
On the Global Guard Settings, under the Scheduler tab, select Allow guard to set availability and Save.
Allowing individual guards to set availability
To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.
On the Settings tab, under the Scheduler tab, select Allow guard to set availability and Save.
