Keep policies updated and enable easy access to vital information for your team. GuardsPro's Policies & Docs feature simplifies document management, ensuring seamless sharing and compliance.
To add a document to the Policies & Docs on the dashboard, click on your name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.
Next, click on the Policies & Docs tab.
You will find a list of existing company policies here with the details that can be edited, removed, exported, or even printed.
To create a new company policy, click on New Company Policy on the top right hand corner.
Add the title and the company policy you want to share with your guards. To attach a document, click on the attachment and select the file to be attached from your system, and click save.
Note: The system supports attaching multiple documents at once but remember you can only attach image files, documents, and excel sheets.
To add a document to an existing company policy, click on three dots next to the policy and click edit.
Edit the title and the description if needed. Next, click on the attachment to select the document from the system and save. You can also remove any unwanted document by simply clicking on the cross button next to it.
