How to upload files related to guards on the dashboard?

GuardsPro makes it convenient for you to store guard files on the dashboard itself. You can directly upload files on the guard profiles so that it is easier to reach out to important data whenever needed.

Uploading guard files to GuardsPro Back Office Dashboard is easy. 

First, click on Security Team on the main menu and then select Guards. You see a list of guards registered in the system. Next, click on the guard name to view details.

On the next screen, go to the Files tab and click on the Upload New Files. Now all you need to do is select the file from your system to be uploaded to the Back Office Dashboard. Once the file is uploaded, you can add the description if needed. It's that easy.

Any time in the future, you can edit, download the file to your system or remove it. Just click on the three dots and select the appropriate option.
