GuardsPro allows both the guards and the admin to add time-off requests. The admin can do so right from the Back-Office Dashboard, while the guard requests a paid/unpaid leave from the GuardsPro Mobile App, which has to be approved by the admin.
Adding Time-Off Request From The Dashboard:
The admin can add time-off request from the Back-Office Dashboard in 2 simple steps:
Click on the Scheduler tab on the main menu and select Time Off from the dropdown menu. On the next screen, you see the list of the time off requests made previously. Click on New Entry to create a new time off request.
On the next screen, enter all the details regarding the time-off specifying the type of request- whether paid or unpaid. Click Add to submit the time-off request.
The request so made is approved by default. To make any changes, click on the three dots for the corresponding request and make the necessary changes.
Adding Time-Off Request From The GuardsPro Mobile App:
The guards can add time off request right from the GuardsPro Mobile App:
After you have logged in to the app, make sure you are logged in to the right company where you want to request the day off. Tap on the Schedule icon on the home page and on the next screen, select Time Off.
Now, simply click on the add button and fill in all the details one by one on the next page. The guard can request paid or unpaid time off, mention the reason for the leave, specify a time period, and add comments. Once that is done, hit Submit.
The admin can view the request on the Back-Office Dashboard and approve or reject the request. The guard is notified of the status of the request on the GuardsPro Mobile App.
