The guards can request time off from the GuardsPro Mobile App which can be managed by the admin on the Back-Office Dashboard. The admin can choose to edit the requests and accept or reject a request.
Edit Or Delete Time Off
To edit a time off, click on Scheduler on the main menu and select Time Off from the drop-down.
Now on the time off you want to edit, click on the three dots and select Edit from the dropdown menu.
Now make the required changes and hit Save. The guards will be notified of changes on the GuardsPro Mobile App.
To delete, click on the three dots, select delete from the dropdown menu, and Confirm.
Time offs can be edited from the schedule as well. Click on Scheduler on the main menu and select Schedule from the dropdown menu. Time offs are highlighted in purple on the schedule.
Simply click on the three dots on the shift, select Edit, make the required changes, and hit Save.
Accept Or Reject Time Off
Click on the Scheduler tab on the main menu and select Time Off from the dropdown menu. On the next screen, you see the list of the time off requested by the guards. The ones that are not approved yet are shown as pending. To approve or reject a pending time off request, click on the three dots, select the appropriate option, and Confirm.
Once the request is accepted or rejected, the guard receives a notification for the same on his GuardsPro Mobile App.
