GuardsPro’s powerful security guard scheduling module allows you to edit shifts in a few quick steps.
1. Edit Shifts
Start by clicking on the Scheduler tab on the main menu and select Schedule from the dropdown menu. You can use the filters to view the schedules for a client, post site, guard, or view the details of the shifts based on type and status for a time period. To edit a shift, click on the three dot icon and select Edit.
Make the necessary changes in the shift on the next screen. Once you are satisfied with the changes you just made, you have the option to Update or Publish the shift.
On choosing the option Publish, the changes are saved and the assigned guards are notified of the same on the GuardsPro Mobile App, while the Update Shift option simply saves the changes which can be published any time in the future.
