Shift status feature plays an important role in GuardsPro scheduling module. After you create and publish a shift, the guard gets a notification which asks him/her to confirm the shift. This gives you an assurance that the guard is going to be there on time. This holds true for both standard and open shifts. You can easily filter confirmed and unconfirmed shifts using GuardsPro Scheduler.
The very first step is to select Scheduler from the main menu and click on the Shift Status option. You can use the filters to view the schedules for a client, post site, guard, or view the details of the shifts based on type and status.
You can see a list of all the shifts that have been confirmed by the guards and which are pending. The list shows you the details of the confirmed shifts, the start and end time of the shifts, and the status of all the shifts.
In case any shift has not been confirmed yet, you can go ahead and remind the guard or assign the shift to another guard in case the previously assigned guard is unavailable for the shift from the Schedule.
The great thing is that you can directly email this data to the clients from this screen.
- To email the report, click on the three dots and click on Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit Send.
- If you wish to export this report, click on three dots next to Filters and select Export as PDF or Export as Excel or from the drop down and the report will be automatically saved to your system.
