How to activate or deactivate an incident type in parking manager from the Back office Dashboard?

GuardsPro parking manager offers ultimate flexibility and insight into vehicles assigned to parking lots in real-time. Any incident occurring on the site can be checked on the dashboard. You can add incident types to the system under which incidents will be added.

To activate or deactivate an incident type, click on Parking Manager on the main menu and select Incident Type from the drop-down.

Here you have a list of all the incident types added to the system. Click on the three dots next to the entry and select Activate or Deactivate.
