How to add a new incident type in parking manager?

GuardsPro parking manager offers ultimate flexibility and insight into vehicles assigned to parking lots in real-time. Any incident occurring on the site can be checked on the dashboard. You can add incident types to the system under which incidents will be added.

To add a new incident type, click on Parking Manager on the main menu, select Incident Type from the drop-down, and click on New Incident Type.

Here you can create an incident type, defining what information you need to procure for the particular incident. Customize your form by dragging and dropping the fields to the form area.
