How to add/update a licence on GuardsPro mobile app?

GuardsPro allows you to register all the details regarding the guard licenses right from the mobile app.

Once you are logged into the app, click on the three lines on the top left corner of the app to access the main menu, and then select the Manage Licenses option.

On the next screen, click on the Plus icon on the bottom right corner of the app to upload a new license.

When you click on the License Name, you see a list of the license types that you can upload. Select the appropriate license type and then add all the required details- the license number, expiration date, and a photo of the license. Once done, simply hit Save.

You can edit previously added license details, simply click on the license from the list and update the details.

GuardsPro helps you to keep all the vital information about your license in one place. The admin can define the types of guard licenses which the guard can upload from the guard app.
