How to complete a task on mobile app?

Within GuardsPro, tasks allow you to assign tasks to the guards checked-in on a client site and stay updated on the status. The guards are notified about the assigned tasks immediately on the GuardsPro Mobile App.

To complete a task simply follow these steps:

When checked-in on a site, click on the post site tab, and select tasks.

You can see a list of tasks assigned to the post site for the current day. The task can only be started 5 minutes before the assigned start time.

Click on a task to view the task details. Click on the task, and submit a note to complete.
