GuardsPro allows the dispatcher to register dispatch calls coming in from the client's property and assign them to the guards.
The guards are immediately notified about the dispatch calls, and check the details instantly on the GuardsPro Mobile App to ensure rapid response to on-site incidents.
To view a dispatch call simply follows these steps:
After you are logged in to the app, go to the home screen and click on the Dispatch.
A list of dispatch calls are visible on the next screen, click to view details. Click on On The Way or Arrived On Site to update your location or status for the dispatch call.
Once you've confirmed your status, you can also add notes to the dispatch ticket by simply clicking on the Tickets Notes and then Plus icon. The notes can be accessed and replied to by the dispatcher on the GuardsPro Back-Office Dashboard in real-time.
After the dispatch ticket has been attended, click on the option on the top right corner of the screen and close the ticket.
