How to cancel the subscription?

GuardsPro is the most cost-effective security guard management system available on the market. We only charge based on active users. 

We do not believe in tying the customer with long-term contracts and that is the reason we charge on a monthly basis which means you can cancel your service anytime.

To cancel the subscription, click on your company name in the top right corner of the dashboard and select Subscription.

On the Subscription tab, you have the details of your subscription. Click on Manage Subscription, and you will find the two options:

• Pause Subscription: It will let you keep your data, settings, and account intact without being billed. During the pause period, you won’t be billed, but you’ll need to resume your subscription to regain access to your data.
  Note: You can pause up to a specific period of time (up to 6 Months).  The subscription will automatically resume after the selected period. 
  
  

• • Cancel Subscription : To cancel the subscription,  simply click on Cancel Subscription and Confirm.
