GuardsPro Invoicer lets you create invoices and estimates for all the services offered by your security guard company. Before you proceed to create invoices or estimates, you need to add the Items to the system.
Adding New Items
For adding a new Item, click on the Invoicer on the main menu and select Items from the drop-down. Now, click on Add Item.
On the next screen a side panel appears, simply enter the item name, description, and price. You can also add the tax rate applicable to the item or add new tax and hit save. A new item has been added to the list, which you can select while creating an estimate or invoice.
Editing An Item
After you've added an Item to the GuardsPro Invoicer, you can make changes to the item name, description, as well as price, if required.
From the list of the items, click on the three dots on the particular entry to be edited, and select Edit.
On the side panel, make the required changes and click submit. Your changes are now saved. It’s that easy.
