Time log gives you an insight into the check-in/out times of the guards on the client post sites. It lists down the details of all the shifts and breaks in chronological order. In case the guard had different shifts on the same site in a day, details for all shifts and the breaks included will be shown separately.
In case you need to edit the time log entry, just follow these simple steps:
On the main menu, click on the Time Clock and select Time Log. On the next screen, you see a list of time log entries. You can refine the list based on the client, guard, post site, skill set or department, entry type, or a date range from the filters.
Next, click on the three dots for the entry you wish to edit and select the Edit option from the drop-down menu.
On the next screen, you can edit the clock in and clock out time or the notes. The other details cannot be edited. Once that is done, simply click Submit to save the changes.
