How to view time card on dashboard?

Time cards are the records of the shifts worked by the guards on post sites. The time logs chronologically record the individual entries as the guards clock-in and out of client post sites using the GuardsPro Mobile App. These individual entries are then consolidated in the time card.

Time cards help you keep track of the guards' clock-in and clock-out and make it easier for your private patrol company to share the details of the time spent on the site with the clients. Also, while generating payroll, the system calculates the total guard hours on the basis of the time card.

To view the time card click on the Time Clock on the main menu and select Time Card. On the next screen, you see a list of the time card entries in the system. You can refine the results from the report filter to view the time card entries for a specific client, post site, guard, skill set or department or for a date range. Simply click on the entry to view the entry details.

You can also see the total hours, paid and unpaid break hours on the screen so you don’t have to use an additional app to calculate the total hours while charging the clients for the hours served on their property.
