GuardsPro Dispatch feature is designed to make it easy for you to manage dispatch calls for your security patrol company. It allows the dispatcher to easily save all the important details about the call such as source of call, details about the caller, incident details and much more. The dispatcher can easily assign the dispatch call to single or multiple guards at the post site. Once the dispatch call is assigned, your guards can then share the live updates such as status, comments, images, video, and audio notes using GuardsPro Mobile App.
You can create a dispatch call within GuardsPro in 2 steps.
To create a new dispatch call simply click on the option called Dispatcher from the main menu. On the next page, you will see the list of latest dispatch calls. To create a new dispatch call simply click on the New Dispatch.
Start adding the details about the dispatch call on the next page, such as the client, post site from where the dispatch call is coming in from, assign the dispatch call to a single or multiple guards on the post, set priority, provide the details about the caller type, incident type and the actions taken by the dispatcher along with internal notes.
After you are done, just hit Submit. And it is that simple, you have just created a dispatch call.
