How to turn on license expiry notification?

GuardsPro gives you the convenience of turning on notification for license expiry in advance so that the licenses are always up to date.

Turning on notification for all the guards

Using the Global Guard Settings, you can turn on the notification for all the guards at once.

Click on your company name on the top right corner of the dashboard and select Settings from the drop-down.

On the Global Guard Settings, under the General tab, select Send license expiry notification before option and define the number of days for the system to notify the guards before the license expires.

Turning on notification for individual guards

You can also turn on the notification for individual guards.

To turn on the notification, click on Security Team on the main menu and select Security Guards from the drop-down. Now click on the security guard for whom you want to turn on the notification.

On the Settings tab, under the General section, select Send license expiry notification before option and define the number of days for the system to notify the guards before the license expires.
